The Nanny Care monitor failed on the second day and it was impossible to make it work, even after contacting the technical service which saw no other solution than to return it for a replacement. So we did, and the store where we bought it sent us another one immediately and the first one went to the recycling point. Very happy with the service.

Having received a bad package: inclined plan instead of the nanny care monitor, I contacted customer service by phone. Very courteous reception. I then receive the return slip, I make the return asking them to send me the ordered product because I need to use it without delay. However, they do not send me the package immediately. It is not on its way either. The commercial gesture would have been to send the monitor at the moment the error was noticed considering that the inclined foam plan must have a much lower market value. I hope to receive the product as soon as possible because I find it very useful. Thank you for considering this review.

I use the nanny care mattress device with my baby's co-sleeping, it works perfectly. It reassures me and prevents me from checking all night long if my baby is breathing.

Very good product! Very sensitive, I have a 6cm mattress and it works very well. The alert is clearly audible, and it has an alert timer when it no longer detects movement before sounding the alarm.

I am satisfied with the service provided by nanny care, but model 3 is much less intuitive than model 2. The switch guard is complicated to understand/set up or stop. With model 2, at least I was sure to turn it off and not have any false alarms.
