Very satisfied with the handling of the order. I was pleasantly surprised by the call I received to verify that the order was indeed for Christmas and that the delay in delivery of one of the items in the order, a gate that was not for Christmas, was anticipated by sending the order in two packages to be sure of being delivered on time. I didn't know nanny care before this order but I'm going to recommend this site for the professionalism of its team. What's more, we were entitled to a gift and that's very much appreciated. Keep up the good work!
