Me and my boyfriend bought the kinderkraft duo prime 2020 stroller in the color beige, ordered the 31.03.2023 in the morning, received the order the morning of the next day, 01.04.2023!!!! Incredibly fast delivery. Never seen anything like it, not even with amazon prime!Condition of the stroller new of course, except that once opened the package we noticed black spots of wheels on the mattress of the carrycot and also all around the carrycot. I contacted nannycare's after-sales service, and was advised to contact kinderkraft's after-sales service. They accepted my complaint and very quickly sent the replacement parts. Really super advised, the product and well on the site too!!!! Especially for the delivery, I'm still shocked ️Good luck with everything!
