The commercial gesture would have been to send the monitor at the moment the error was noticed considering that the inclined foam plan must have a much lower market value. However, even with this thin material, the bumper is designed to prevent the baby from passing their arm or leg between the bars, thus avoiding pinching or uncomfortable awakenings.

The idea is good but the module is way too bright even in the dark we had to cover all the blinking LEDs with tape and you can still see it through which sometimes wakes up the baby or its parents. And while I never asked to be subscribed to newsletters and I have already unsubscribed from several spam emails I still receive them which is illegal.

an infrared camera placed too close or directed directly at the monitor,
or a night light that is too bright, even if the room seems dark to the naked eye.
We advise you to check these elements and, if possible, to move or reorient the infrared camera and/or reduce the brightness of the night light to allow the light sensor of the monitor to function properly.
