Extremely reassuring! I had the nanny care pack delivered to my sister in Canada because we couldn't find an equivalent in France and her baby had had problems at birth, so that was very reassuring. The delivery was express and the customer service very kind. Thank you again, we are delighted with our purchase and the service.
