If you have a folding mattress from another manufacturer, our cover may not fit and this is understandable. It is not our fault that you have chosen the wrong size of cover for your mattress.

The return costs are also clearly regulated. We do not charge any additional fees for the product, so the customer returning the goods bears the costs themselves. This complies with the statutory provisions for returns for online purchases.
