It was not clearly visible on the Internet that the item was not suitable for our needs. The service by e-mail with the employee, Mr. Musial, regarding a problem resolution/return was very good.

very satisfied with the fast shipping (DHL), the dog basket seems to be of good quality - but unfortunately my dog refuses to use it, I think the reason is the fact that there is a just border on two sides... too bad.
