Bottle opened a bit lost oil. Plus package searched not even relay package.

The packaging of one of my products was torn, which caused a spill of the contents in the box. Other than that, the delivery was very fast and I am satisfied with my purchases.

The oil is great, I was a little disappointed that the packaging was slightly open and some oil leaked out. It wasn't much, but it should still be packaged better. Nevertheless, it's a very pleasant oil that smells great and does its job.

Good, but it was quite a hassle to find the pick-up point to collect my package. The address in the received email was incorrect, and the directions to find this pick-up point were very poor. This pick-up point is located in the Bercy metro station in Paris, so underground. No indication in this regard.
