Unfortunately, I cannot give the highest rating. I bought a collapsible kayak. The one I bought, which appeared available in lime color, was not available, they contacted me from the company to inform me and I finally acquired one in orange color. The attention was kind and correct. As compensation, they gave me two life jackets. At this point, a 10, the truth. The problem is that the seats received were not as expected according to the product photo but inferior. There was no notice of that configuration change during the purchase process, nor alternatives for seat options. I bought it discounted, so you really don't know if it's a configuration error on the website, which does not inform well about what you buy, or a discount that perhaps is not and is really a lower price for having lower value components. Regarding the Kayak, Long Wave Eagle, the truth is that it looks quite quality. The fit between the pieces is very tight and with the closures, it does not seem that it should flex in waves. It is even difficult to disassemble it. Still untested, but it seems more reasonable to assemble it where there is no sand so that it does not interfere with the fit, especially if it is thick. Documentation of the product is missed. You don't even know where it is manufactured, nor is there a user manual, care instructions, or warranty documentation. Requested from the seller if it is available in PDF, they inform that they do not have it. In summary, the product seems to meet what it promises, but the purchase process is not very transparent. In any case, I emphasize that the attention of the staff is considerate, kind, and correct.

The purchase process was very good, fast and agile, everything correct. The problem was that on the third day of use, the Inflatable Paddle Surf Board JOBE Loa 11'6" was found deflated, and has a hole in a side joint that has come unstuck. In my family, we have 6 inflatable boards 9'6", the same and without brand, for 12 years and they are still working. Looking for a larger board, I decided to buy JOBE, for quality and warranty, even if it was a bit more expensive; and this is how bad it turned out. Now I have been waiting for 2 weeks, since 13/08/25, for them to process the warranty and/or return; I'm sorry but a serious company should respond when things do not go well.

I just received the evaluation, but I am still waiting for the product that, according to the person who attended me, was supposed to be delivered today. The indicated deadlines have not been met, and I have had to contact the online store myself several times to find out how the shipping was progressing, as it is clearly overdue. The company that sold me the product selected an economical shipping option called Targoflex, which was confirmed to me along with a tracking image. This type of shipping does not allow setting a specific date or time for delivery, which has been a significant inconvenience as it cannot guarantee that someone would be home to receive it. I am deeply disappointed with the management. The order was a gift for a family member, and everything indicates that it will not arrive on time, which generates great frustration for me.

Everything is fine, thank you very much

The seller never responds to emails. Six days after placing the order, nothing had happened, then I was informed that only half of the order would be shipped because the other part was not available. Why was I not informed of this before shipping? I do not agree with this, because the size does not fit me well and, still, I have to pay the return cost. The money, even for the part of the order that was not even delivered, is still being held to this day. I recommend not trusting this seller!

The perfect kayak, the seat is great and the paddle is very good, but the packaging was poor. The seal on the stern was torn with numerous marks on the kayak. Everything else was in perfect condition.

Simply send the orders that customers request and not what they feel like. For example; I order a Propel 13.5 kayak and they send me the Propel 12, with the papers of a Propel 12.5

Very bad, I bought some Helly Hansen boots at a fantastic price, they called me the next day to tell me they were changing the website blah blah blah, and that there was no stock, when I accessed it after a few weeks my theory which was that they were a "bargain" was confirmed, as they told me they didn't have them to avoid selling them at that price, it really upset me as it was a birthday gift. By the way, they still haven't refunded the money for the boots.

The quality of the videos is good and some have a touch of humor that makes them very enjoyable. I think subtitles could be added in several languages.

Dreadful warranty service and communication with them. After receiving defective material, they offered to send me the replacement parts, which I had to pay for, valves, neglecting the repair of the material. After less than a year, we finally had to send the boards back because we couldn't change the valves, which has been a failure since we received the material, we had to bear the shipping and receiving costs, and the repair. Quite disappointed with the service, and of course not recommended at all. And seeing the sequence of events, we decided not to count on their services or products anymore.
