Upon verification, we confirm that your package left our warehouse on December 16 and was presented to you on December 19, meeting the announced deadlines. In your absence, it was left at a collection point, as usual in this type of situation.

For example, an almond-shaped capsule, which is rounded on the sides, requires a certain length to properly represent this shape.
