The products are great but the shipping is terrible, in Spain they send by Seur and after paying a shipment of more than 15 eur to arrive on a certain date and at the address it arrived late and they deposited it in a collection point that was cheaper than the shipping I had paid. I will not buy again but for the company that makes the shipment.

Upon verification, we confirm that your package left our warehouse on December 16 and was presented to you on December 19, meeting the announced deadlines. In your absence, it was left at a collection point, as usual in this type of situation.

We sincerely regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, once the packages leave France, we do not have the possibility to choose or influence the delivery services used in the destination country.
