Hello, the parcel was considered to have been delivered to your letterbox by the post office. After an appeal to the delivery service and lengthy email exchanges, you also informed me that another parcel had disappeared from your letterbox. There must therefore be a problem in your place of residence. To avoid this kind of problem, I've advised you to have your parcel delivered to a "point relais" or post office for your next order.
