After an appeal to the delivery service and lengthy email exchanges, you also informed me that another parcel had disappeared from your letterbox. There must therefore be a problem in your place of residence. To avoid this kind of problem, I've advised you to have your parcel delivered to a "point relais" or post office for your next order.
