Very disappointed! I ordered 9 different teebags of 100gram each, but unfortunately all of them have an expiration date within three to four weeks! In addition, I got some completely different ones than I ordered! Not what you would deserve after 8-10 previous orders. Will definitely consider before placing more orders

I am truly sorry for your experience, which is clearly not up to the standard of your previous orders.
Regarding the expiration dates, my manager is currently looking to clear some stock. He considers that Japanese standards on expiration dates are stricter, and that the products can often be safely used beyond the printed date. That said, I completely understand how this can come across as unprofessional, and I share your concerns.
Unfortunately, I don’t have much flexibility on this matter. However, I encourage you to contact our customer service by email so we can try to offer you some form of compensation. I want to be transparent: this will depend on my manager’s decision, so I cannot make any guarantees at this stage.

I recently bought a uchiwa. The item itself is well made and functional. But the product page initially states "Made in Japan" in the technical specifications section, then "Made in China" further down in the description. Unfortunately, I did not see this second part. When I received it, I discovered the mention "Made in China" on the label, which disappointed me a bit. It would be appropriate, for the sake of honesty towards buyers, to remove the mention "Made in Japan" from the product page.

We also have high-end knives in our assortment if you are looking for something sharper or made with higher quality materials.
