This is not the first time my order has gone wrong. I had to complain for it to be taken into account while the money had been transferred from my PayPal account. More than a week to receive the products; Since I couldn't place the order on the site, I called and placed my order by phone. I then accepted the PayPal payment and then nothing for at least a week until my second call this time to complain.

As indicated to your customer service, the Colissimo was dropped off at a different pickup point than the one I specified when ordering on your site. I therefore picked up the package with a 10-day delay. Perhaps avoid offering Colissimo as a delivery method?

When ordering, the quantity indicated is 4 on a table and 1 on the order form, as if it were a set of 4 bowls, but in fact there is only one bowl... The bowls are very beautiful, but the site needs to be reviewed!

I only give 3 stars for the following reasons: - My package was torn open and no longer had the rectangular shape that is supposed to characterize it. - The fact that Colissimo no longer offers home delivery (which was the case in 2024) for large packages is a problem for single women. As for NISHIKIDORI, it's 5 stars! Quality products, in line with their description, top-notch customer service, attentive and caring. Fortunately, the packaging of the products is fantastic given the shortcomings of the carrier.

I bought an ingredient (Yuzu) and paid 25 euros more for next day delivery, that is Thursday, at 1 PM. The store only shipped it three days later, on Saturday afternoon! It finally arrived on Tuesday! No response to my help requests or my complaints. This is not online shopping if you do not address common delivery issues. Avoid this site at all costs.

You placed your order on September 11, in the afternoon choosing express delivery France and not in 24h. For this, the delivery cost was 14.22€ and not 25€. Our site clearly states that we do not deliver on Saturdays. Your order was handed over to GLS on 12/09 at 5:34 PM and delivered on 16/09. You will find all our conditions on the site for express delivery: "Your package delivered the next day before 1:00 PM* For any order validated on www.nishikidori.com before 12 PM from Monday to Friday* (excluding public holidays). All orders placed on Friday after 12 PM will be processed on Monday morning for delivery on Tuesday before 1 PM. (excluding public holidays). Orders validated on Friday morning before 12 PM will be shipped in the afternoon for delivery on Monday *NO delivery is made on Saturday." The order being placed in the afternoon, this could not be express delivery. However, GLS should have delivered to you on Monday. We are sorry for this and can offer you either a refund of the shipping costs or a credit of the amount of the shipping costs, as you wish.

Good products / Very satisfied ... until the last order. I selected products at normal prices and some discounted products. Products with very short expiration dates (even for a 1.8 L soy sauce) were sent to me, while this information was not obviously accessible at the time of ordering (usually, the site has a "short dates" tab which removes any ambiguity). Upon receipt of the package, I called Nishidikori: first "normal" interaction with a representative who understood the problem and told me that I would be contacted soon. After more than a week, no news. Second phone call, and no response. It was discounted, that's how it is, you can return the products, we will refund you. Conclusion: lack of clarity on products during sales periods. Communication needs improvement.
