One ramen Bowl arrive broken. When contact them they told me that is my fault because you must open and verify everything with the courrier in front. I recieve everything in an office building, cant do that. Never seen nothing like these before, probably should be ilegal. Aboid this company.

Impeccable product quality. Top order tracking and very fast delivery. However, there was a slight problem with the reception of an order for a jug of black vinegar: a slight leak, certainly due to the 'volatile' nature of the vinegar. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Fast delivery, careful packaging, just a little disappointed by the use-by date, which is a little too short for a large can of sesame oil. We don't use much at each meal, so I expect at least a year and a half's shelf life, but the can only lasts a few months.
