thank you for the care taken with the packaging! less tape and it would be perfect. however, apart from the fact that the parcel sent by chronopost arrived 24 hours late, it was delivered in a consigne pickup (i hadn't asked for this), so there was no delivery note or carrier to open the parcel in front of and report any problems with the merchandise. in these circumstances, how do you proceed in the event of a problem? in addition, the suribachi has an aesthetic defect - a scratch on the grooves. this is surprising for a japanese product on sale.
