The parcel arrived safely. Small downsides: I had to go through it 4 times before being able to validate the order via the site (technical problem?) and I had to call the sales department again because the invoice did not correspond to the exact amount of the purchase via the site.

Delivery was very quick and some of the products are of very good quality. Unfortunately, the shitake mushrooms I ordered did not meet my expectations. The packaging says “Shitake Bouton,” but inside there are stunted, uneven dried mushroom stems. Unfortunately, I understand something different by boutons, especially since whole mushrooms are shown on the packaging. What a misdirection. Perhaps a more precise description could avoid such misunderstandings, especially since I don't know what to do with these mushroom remains.

A few problems with the payment intermediary who refused my American Express card and then blocked all transactions from the IP address I was on, but I was able to place an order with another card from another connection. For an order of (25 + 24.17), i.e. 49.17, I paid 58.50 for postage from the outset... to which I added 28 on delivery, which I didn't expect... Do the math: that's a lot of money for the punch and rod in the Yoshimi kit.... Although delivery is a long way off, it's becoming prohibitive for my wallet...

Choosing chrono express delivery for Reunion Island won't represent the same cost as in mainland France, and unfortunately we don't decide on the carrier's rates. As far as the 28 extra charges are concerned, I invite you to lodge a complaint with the Réunion customs. One ramen Bowl arrive broken. When contact them they told me that is my fault because you must open and verify everything with the courrier in front. I recieve everything in an office building, cant do that. Never seen nothing like these before, probably should be ilegal. Aboid this company.
