I am generally very happy with my order which arrived very quickly and the products are always very well packaged and really unlikely to break or be damaged. However, I regret not being informed that the Maru Daizu soy sauce aged in Kioke tanks should preferably be consumed before 28/07/2026, which is 10 days after receiving the products. I am well aware that soy sauces being very salty can certainly be consumed without any problem several weeks after this date. However, I would have appreciated being informed of this when placing my order. Are these products not systematically marked as having a short consumption date and do they not usually benefit from a discount? Fortunately, I only ordered 2 and not more as I initially planned to do. I would appreciate being kept informed during my next orders. Thank you in advance!
