Hello, unfortunately I'm not at all satisfied with the product. I ordered the Puzzle Box Minipunk +, it took me less than 7 minutes to open it and my friend too! a single unattached piece to remove and voila ... open. Buying a 99€ product, with a long delivery time, I really thought I'd spend a few hours racking my brain. We tested other brands, especially German ones, at low prices, with a minimum of 2 hours to open them.

If you're looking for greater complexity, we recommend you consider our Architecto or Tetra models, which have challenged even the most experienced users, often requiring more than four hours to solve. Good product, but when I opened the parcel on the day I received it, I noticed that on one side of the plates 6 to 12, the wood looks as if it's been dampened (black spots can be seen (especially on plate 11)): I hope these spots won't be visible during assembly. Otherwise, the product is very well packaged.

The Minipunk is indeed very simple to solve, it's perhaps more of a piggy bank than a real headache, it was originally only intended to be sold as a kit to build yourself, we had a lot of demand for having already assembled it which led us to offer it as well. All our products are designed and manufactured in Lodève using French raw materials available as close to home as possible.
This ethical approach does not allow us to offer products at the same price as the other boxes you may have solved. It's a choice, and the difference in price is due solely to the cost of French labor and materials.

I've just read your feedback on our guaranteed reviews, and I'd like to offer you my help. having tested our kits myself, I can assure you that there's more tint than you need, if the application is carried out correctly. you need to wipe your brush well and stretch the tint well. (you need to load your brush very lightly, and apply with wide, rapid movements).
Otherwise you'll end up with a shade that's much too dark and you'll run out of tint...I can offer to send you back a set of plates and tint so that you can make your kit and be satisfied!

I think that your products are well designed and well made. I have no quality concerns with what I'd received. Only reason it's not 4 or 5 stars is pricing. I understand that your designs are proprietary and take talent and time - however there are sometimes similar products available cheaper.
