Smaller than I'd imagined for the price, and delivered straight from the box without a storage box, which could be used as a gift, perhaps with a user manual, even if the aim is to discover the logic yourself.

Fast service, the package was in order. However, I have the same problem with all my orders. Please find a delivery service that includes customs clearance, they add $18-25 per order for customs processing plus taxes.

We apologize for the inconvenience concerning customs duties, but since we ship abroad, we can't do otherwise... We already offer free shipping on orders over €50, so we can't take on the additional cost of customs clearance for our customers.

Good product, but when I opened the parcel on the day I received it, I noticed that on one side of the plates 6 to 12, the wood looks as if it's been dampened (black spots can be seen (especially on plate 11)): I hope these spots won't be visible during assembly. Otherwise, the product is very well packaged.

Our wooden plates are checked 4 times by the human eye, we try to be as vigilant as possible. If you wish, you can send us photos of your stained plates so that we can send you the corresponding plates via our after-sales service.

I think that your products are well designed and well made. I have no quality concerns with what I'd received. Only reason it's not 4 or 5 stars is pricing. I understand that your designs are proprietary and take talent and time - however there are sometimes similar products available cheaper.
