Hello, unfortunately I'm not at all satisfied with the product. I ordered the Puzzle Box Minipunk +, it took me less than 7 minutes to open it and my friend too! a single unattached piece to remove and voila ... open. Buying a 99€ product, with a long delivery time, I really thought I'd spend a few hours racking my brain. We tested other brands, especially German ones, at low prices, with a minimum of 2 hours to open them.

If this was not your experience, there may indeed be a problem with the unit you received. It's important to note that our products, including the Minipunk +, are made in small batches and designed not only as puzzles, but also as works of art. If you're looking for greater complexity, we recommend you consider our Architecto or Tetra models, which have challenged even the most experienced users, often requiring more than four hours to solve. Could you please provide us with some photos of the puzzle as it currently stands? This would help us to better understand the problem and offer you the most appropriate solution, be it a replacement or some other type of compensation. We appreciate your feedback and hope to resolve this situation to your satisfaction.

Very good puzzle in general. Very well done guide. Laser cutting sometimes burned the wood inside. Disappointed that wood glue was required, whereas Rokr and others only use mortise and tenon joints.
