Because the delivery method by Colissimo is appalling.the tracking told me that it was awaiting delivery at the place of collection (the post office).I move to the post office without much conviction. Surprise, the parcel was there. I was not notified by Colissimo or the post office. Luckily for me, the letter carrier still checked to see if the parcel had arrived.
