it's good; it's a shame there aren't many special offers, not enough large quantities, e.g. lentils, pasta, not much choice of milk, e.g. oats, vanilla, soya, goat's milk, etc.......

The parcel I had planned for Christmas ... arrived the day after Christmas. I therefore refused it (the announced "48 h Chrono" having turned into "96 h chrono" _ holidays not included!). After a call this morning "NosmeillleuresCourses.fr" has (kindly) promised to issue a refund. To be continued...

The site is very good, nothing to report. Thanks to its ergonomics, you can quickly find what you're looking for. Delivery is quite fast. The only small drawback: when I ordered my product (which I absolutely had to have for Christmas Eve) it was specified that I would receive it on the 23rd. However, I only received it on the 24th. I left on the 24th and the parcel arrived just a few minutes before. Luckily I didn't have to leave earlier, otherwise I wouldn't have received my product in time. But I understand, these are the vagaries of ordering and delivery.

I ordered your product on Thursday for guaranteed delivery the next day, as I was having people over for dinner. For this I paid an extra €9.90 for postage, and guess who had to improvise a plan B?

Order held for 10 days after payment. I have not received any email for explanation, information or order tracking.

When I received the order, 25% of the items were missing. After mentioning it, the rest was delivered a few days later.

All in all, a quick refund for damaged items. The only criticism: when packing the products, make sure they're not already damaged - it's a shame anyway.

Good packaging, good delivery time.
The only downside is that I ordered virgin coconut oil but when I received the product there was no original label on it. Just a piece of paper stuck on it, where the name of the product was handwritten.
This was the only thing that surprised me. Because I doubted the authenticity of the product.

It would be nice to have the time of delivery, otherwise you have to go to the post office and it's less interesting. The payment by bank transfer is very good, I had lost my bank card, the time to stop it allowed me to order. The site sells organic products but the title of the site doesn't refer to organic? Perhaps you could add "bio" to the logo? It would be good to compare prices with supermarkets, to know exactly what the difference is, otherwise we're tempted to think it's much more expensive. If it's an organic site, it would be nice to have more organic products that aren't often found in stores, like Naturalia, for example. And a "vegan/vegetarian" section with rennet-free cheeses for example, quite hard to find. Very well packaged.

Port pricing could be a little clearer. Why mutualize the port and include it in the price?

Order arrived late despite costing €10 for express delivery. An expired and crumbling product... Frankly, it's disgraceful.
