The only downside was that I had requested a delivery before 11:30 or after 14:30 and the parcel was delivered to me around 12:30 in the middle of restaurant service. I was rather angry because I had stipulated the times.

I was pleased with the speed of delivery, as well as the 3 chocolate bars as a gift, but not with the state in which I received my products (packets of crackers). They were very tightly packed (not to say compressed) in a small box, and as a result a good proportion of the crackers were crushed and in crumbs... Quick and satisfactory processing of the order, correct packaging. Only one thing to complain about concerning the Post Office: the colissimo delivery announced on Saturday 19/04 only took place on 23/04...the bank holiday doesn't excuse everything!<br /> But concerning the site, nothing to complain about.
