Over-packed, a cardboard box inside a cardboard box and a multitude of plastic balls in the cardboard box that only contained the other cardboard box and in this same other cardboard box when there was nothing fragile and everything was wedged. Simply scandalous and not in the spirit of the times. I will not buy from you again and will not recommend you.

However, for such a large quantity of products (6 cartons of 1-litre plant milk each, which are fragile products, all the more so when the quantity is multiplied as in the case of your order + 2 packets of citric acid which it is absolutely impossible to mix with food), our team of preparers is obliged to take every possible precaution so that the customer - you in this case - can receive his parcel in good condition. We're sorry to have disappointed you, especially as we're very careful not to over-pack, but in the case of a 7.5kg parcel with fragile products, we do our best.
