The goods I ordered were replaced by other goods on the pretext that they were no longer in stock, whereas at the time of ordering there was sufficient stock. I didn't receive any order confirmation or e-mail asking if I agreed to the replacement. So I had no recourse. No reaction to my e-mail asking for explanations. Just a request for an estimate to which I put the minimum ...obviously...

i don't recommend this site to anyone, a very bad experience which was the first and the last, received half of my order without warning me beforehand, received a parcel completely ripped all over with (expensive) products missing which were sent back to me 48H later but to contact customer service you have to phone about twenty times during the day to hope to get an answer. since february 28, i've been promised a refund for the missing products on the same day. here we are on march 7, still nothing and no one has replied. i'll never order from them again and i'm informing everyone of my misadventure.

Many of the products advertised on the site, and for which I paid, were not the same when I received them. I paid for the products that, according to the site, have the Fairtrade Max Havelaar mark. However, when I received them, there was no Fairtrade MH mark at all. What's more, there were four products I paid for but never received!

A disaster, I had to wait 10 days for my order with moreover absence of all the fresh products not refunded, left in the form of credits which you do not know how to integrate in the second order. You notify them and they send you back items with errors and the wrong quantity and still no way of getting fresh items. To apologize, they sent me 3 chocolate bars and I still have 45 euros in credit notes with them! Very disappointed.

This site offers excellent products but apparently has major problems with its carrier. This is the 2nd time I've placed an order and for the 2nd time: the delivery time exceeded one week. For my first order, the delivery man made a mistake and delivered to someone else! And for my 2nd order, placed on February 3... I don't know, it still hasn't arrived on February 14 (despite an announced delivery time of 48 hours). It's a shame, because I like the value for money of the products!

Excellent quality products and responsive customer service, but the delivery was a real problem. The first time the parcel was full of oil... so we refused it. A new one was sent to us and again the box was full of oil, one of the seals was broken at the top and there was oil on the seal... I think the seal was already broken when I packed it... but it's clear that the delivery drivers aren't paying attention. The driver took the parcel and turned it upside down, unbelievable! Clearly something to be improved here...
