Simply perfect! Ordered on a Sunday, received Tuesday morning. Quality products, organic and fair trade. Organic herbal tea samples as a gift and a handwritten "thank you" on the order form. It went very well. The order was sent quickly, but one of the beverage cartons was damaged in transit and leaked. It's not too serious, but perhaps they need to be better protected (perhaps placed in the center of the packages so that the other elements (such as the rice or cereal packets, which can be deformed more easily) absorb any stress) (or find a carrier who's not a bully, but I doubt it exists). (On the other hand, I'm not going to write everything down as I haven't eaten it all yet ^^.
