A disaster, I had to wait 10 days for my order with moreover absence of all the fresh products not refunded, left in the form of credits which you do not know how to integrate in the second order. You notify them and they send you back items with errors and the wrong quantity and still no way of getting fresh items. To apologize, they sent me 3 chocolate bars and I still have 45 euros in credit notes with them! Very disappointed.

This site offers excellent products but apparently has major problems with its carrier. This is the 2nd time I've placed an order and for the 2nd time: the delivery time exceeded one week. For my first order, the delivery man made a mistake and delivered to someone else! And for my 2nd order, placed on February 3... I don't know, it still hasn't arrived on February 14 (despite an announced delivery time of 48 hours). It's a shame, because I like the value for money of the products!

It went very well. The order was sent quickly, but one of the beverage cartons was damaged in transit and leaked. It's not too serious, but perhaps they need to be better protected (perhaps placed in the center of the packages so that the other elements (such as the rice or cereal packets, which can be deformed more easily) absorb any stress) (or find a carrier who's not a bully, but I doubt it exists). (On the other hand, I'm not going to write everything down as I haven't eaten it all yet ^^.
