The service and choice are very good.<br /> The problem is with the ordering process, which does not save the basket if the card payment fails. Having a problem with one of my cards, I had to redo my basket 3 times, which is very annoying.

fast parcel delivery all good

Quick and satisfactory processing of the order, correct packaging. Only one thing to complain about concerning the Post Office: the colissimo delivery announced on Saturday 19/04 only took place on 23/04...the bank holiday doesn't excuse everything!<br /> But concerning the site, nothing to complain about.

I am very disappointed by the delivery, in addition to the fact that the deadlines were not met (2 days late), the main package was not delivered, I had a notice to pick it up at the post office when someone was home all day and in addition we have a janitor who takes packages (which happened for the other package), so I lugged the 500m from the post office with this package that weighed quite heavy. excellent communication, trouble-free delivery, a small downside: products arriving with a short use-by date (in this case, white chocolate bars) have a rancid taste that's really not pleasant to eat, it just doesn't seem right to me.

I'm waiting to open it to see if it's edible...
