Good value for money, good delivery organization but the network of relay points in rural areas needs to be improved, delivery times generally respected, product descriptions could also be improved, especially concerning use-by dates and % fat. You should wait longer: it's impossible to test all the products in such a short time when such a large order is involved.

problem with items ordered: one packet of quinoa ordered, received one packet of chickpeas. I ordered brown cane sugar, but received light cane sugar. I had chosen this site because it had all the items I had chosen. What a shame.

It went very well. The order was sent quickly, but one of the beverage cartons was damaged in transit and leaked. It's not too serious, but perhaps they need to be better protected (perhaps placed in the center of the packages so that the other elements (such as the rice or cereal packets, which can be deformed more easily) absorb any stress) (or find a carrier who's not a bully, but I doubt it exists). (On the other hand, I'm not going to write everything down as I haven't eaten it all yet ^^.

Excellent quality products and responsive customer service, but the delivery was a real problem. The first time the parcel was full of oil... so we refused it. A new one was sent to us and again the box was full of oil, one of the seals was broken at the top and there was oil on the seal... I think the seal was already broken when I packed it... but it's clear that the delivery drivers aren't paying attention. The driver took the parcel and turned it upside down, unbelievable! Clearly something to be improved here...
