C'est pourquoi j'en ai immédiatement commandé 17 tablettes. Tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avons maintenant ouvert une de ces tablettes et avons malheureusement constaté la présence d'un voile blanc. Le chocolat présente un blanchiment gras. Nous avons également ouvert une deuxième tablette de ce chocolat, et elle aussi présente un voile blanc. Le chocolat présente un blanchiment gras. À titre de comparaison, la photo ci-jointe montre le chocolat « Zarte Bitter » à 70 % de GEPA. Il semble donc que les 17 tablettes de chocolat soient toutes atteintes de ce voile blanc. Ce chocolat n'a plus du tout le goût d'un chocolat "normal": Chocolat noir Extra Doux et cacaoté bio & équitable https://www.boutique-ethiquable.com/chocolat-equitable-bio/56-chocolat-noir-extra-equitable-bio-3760091722997.html Si j'avais su que votre chocolat était dans un tel état, nous ne l'aurions JAMAIS acheté. However, for such a large quantity of products (6 cartons of 1-litre plant milk each, which are fragile products, all the more so when the quantity is multiplied as in the case of your order + 2 packets of citric acid which it is absolutely impossible to mix with food), our team of preparers is obliged to take every possible precaution so that the customer - you in this case - can receive his parcel in good condition. We're sorry to have disappointed you, especially as we're very careful not to over-pack, but in the case of a 7.5kg parcel with fragile products, we do our best. Dear Madam, as the order tracking shows: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois?code=6H12670257370 your parcel left on the same day as your order (that's service!), and was sent to the post office as you had set it up. It arrived the very next day (not bad for a shipment supposed to take 48h-72h!). But it turns out that you didn't pick it up until 17 days later. You were lucky that it wasn't returned to us after 10 days. We remain at your service and wish you a happy new year!

Very disappointed I ordered 5 bottles of coconut vinegar and 2 had leaked through the cap and were not full about 1/4 less but not during transport because no trace in the box so in my opinion they were put in this state Despite an email complaint no news I am very disappointed and I will never order from this site.
