Fast and careful delivery, but disappointed to be informed only after delivery that I will not receive my entire order because it lacks stock and that I will not receive the rest because it is not profitable for the site to sell me my entire order: shipping costs are too high for this type of product. Many of the products advertised on the site, and for which I paid, were not the same when I received them. I paid for the products that, according to the site, have the Fairtrade Max Havelaar mark. However, when I received them, there was no Fairtrade MH mark at all. What's more, there were four products I paid for but never received!

I was pleased with the speed of delivery, as well as the 3 chocolate bars as a gift, but not with the state in which I received my products (packets of crackers). They were very tightly packed (not to say compressed) in a small box, and as a result a good proportion of the crackers were crushed and in crumbs...
