excellent communication, trouble-free delivery, a small downside: products arriving with a short use-by date (in this case, white chocolate bars) have a rancid taste that's really not pleasant to eat, it just doesn't seem right to me.

parcel prepared on 16/12/13 and received on 19/12/13 i.e. 72h. my parcel contained a foie gras which was to be kept between 0 and 4°C (with the isotherm option) but this one was soft because the ice bread was completely defrosted. I'm waiting to open it to see if it's edible...
