Purchased as described on the site: Creamy Wild Flower Honey. From Organic Farming. Produced by a company with 20 to 50 employees in the Jura department (39) in the FRANCHE COMTE region (France). On receipt, the labels on the jars state that the honey is from Italy... Find the error, deception on the goods? It would be a good idea to respect the customer by indicating precisely where the product comes from. Thank you for rectifying this, not that I don't trust you, but if the label indicated that the honey came from China, I would certainly have informed the DGGCRF.

Fast, well-packaged shipment, but I'm sorry to have to find out on the day I received the parcel that 2 items were missing and out of stock. The shop window and its items represent the reality of the stock, which absolutely must be updated regularly to avoid this kind of unpleasant problem for the customer, especially for a first order. I paid a supplement (nearly 10) for my order to arrive the next day before 1pm (order placed on Friday) but I didn't receive my parcel until Tuesday. What a disappointment! We're a hotel restaurant and our customers didn't have their products available.

Products conform to what I ordered, fast delivery, only one drawback: the packaging of 2 products was a little damaged, but otherwise nothing to say.

flimsy packaging: the box opened a little but I didn't lose anything, just "sowed" a few wedge flakes when I brought the parcel back from the post office.
