Many of the products advertised on the site, and for which I paid, were not the same when I received them. I paid for the products that, according to the site, have the Fairtrade Max Havelaar mark. However, when I received them, there was no Fairtrade MH mark at all. What's more, there were four products I paid for but never received!

Hello, We are sorry that you are not satisfied. We systematically provide credit notes and/or refunds on missing products due to shortages, sent to the mailboxes provided at registration. Good value for money, good delivery organization but the network of relay points in rural areas needs to be improved, delivery times generally respected, product descriptions could also be improved, especially concerning use-by dates and % fat. You should wait longer: it's impossible to test all the products in such a short time when such a large order is involved.
