good diversity of products (including bulk), fair prices and possibility of offers or discounts (expiry date close). easy to reach by phone (number not overtaxed), quick, friendly and complete response. points for improvement: - more description of the product and its possible uses (annoying for products that you don't know; therefore, no purchase).
