The requests were not respected compared to our initial order (tea in bags instead of loose tea / Wrong quantity of a coffee). Only one thing to complain about concerning the Post Office: the colissimo delivery announced on Saturday 19/04 only took place on 23/04...the bank holiday doesn't excuse everything!<br /> But concerning the site, nothing to complain about.
