it's sometimes a bit hard to know where to start when you're looking for a product, maybe there's not enough of an overview (I don't know if that's possible), but ordering is easy, you can see what's in the basket, and delivery is fast.

I appreciate being able to buy fair trade products (in particular) that are close to or just past their best-before date, so there's no health risk: for a modest price, this helps avoid food waste.<br /> I also appreciate the possibility of buying products made in France.<br /> Nevertheless, the origin of organic products could also be better specified.

Fast delivery. Please note that the cardboard packaging is not very thick and had to be reinforced by the post office.

Order validation and shipment are extremely fast. Delivery costs are very reasonable. The choice of products is large and very interesting. However, I'd like to draw your attention to the packaging: some of the products we receive are crushed or misshapen. We now have a code that gives us a 3% discount and a mystery product: this is very much appreciated, as we are very loyal to the site and its products... but we didn't receive a mystery product in our last parcel, or was it the tea bag attached to the website's promotional flyer :)

Good preparation.<br /> However, some of the products ordered appear to be available on the purchase site, but surprise, they are no longer available on receipt of the order.

On the other hand, we often have the problem of delivery to the wrong address. <br /> We've changed it, so even though the information is correct, you're still delivering to the old address. <br />
