Good shipment tracking, parcel arrived on time. However, while I was waiting for the parcel, the same day I received an e-mail from "Chronopost" telling me to call an 08.... number to be able to pick up my parcel. A scam that didn't correspond at all to our parcel, but a coincidence (I think)!

one of the products on offer was no longer available.
customer service phoned me immediately to let me know and to work out a solution with me. in the end, a similar product, but more expensive and not on offer, was sent to me instead, for the same price. i now have complete confidence in both the service and the friendliness of the staff.
