Very annoying to be bothered with a review when you've ordered a poor thing online
Over-packed, a cardboard box inside a cardboard box and a multitude of plastic balls in the cardboard box that only contained the other cardboard box and in this same other cardboard box when there was nothing fragile and everything was wedged. Simply scandalous and not in the spirit of the times. I will not buy from you again and will not recommend you.
I have not received my order
Very disappointed I ordered 5 bottles of coconut vinegar and 2 had leaked through the cap and were not full about 1/4 less but not during transport because no trace in the box so in my opinion they were put in this state Despite an email complaint no news I am very disappointed and I will never order from this site.

Your site is well designed, but I give it one star because I didn't want to open an account with you and I ordered directly without opening an account. Then I found out that you had registered me with you without asking me! Lame!
I won't recommend it to anyone I know. Because the delivery method by Colissimo is appalling.the tracking told me that it was awaiting delivery at the place of collection (the post office).I move to the post office without much conviction. Surprise, the parcel was there. I was not notified by Colissimo or the post office. Luckily for me, the letter carrier still checked to see if the parcel had arrived. Otherwise it would have gone back to sender. Mes meilleures courses should change the shipping method personally I will no longer order.

The delivery time was not what I was told when I ordered. I sent you a short message via your website to find out the status of my order, but I never received a reply. That would have been the least I could have done...
Little respect for their commitment, the customer and the law.
The goods I ordered were replaced by other goods on the pretext that they were no longer in stock, whereas at the time of ordering there was sufficient stock. I didn't receive any order confirmation or e-mail asking if I agreed to the replacement. So I had no recourse. No reaction to my e-mail asking for explanations. Just a request for an estimate to which I put the minimum ...obviously...
15 days since my order, still nothing, no information on the status of the order. The site does not respond. No after-sales or customer service.
After almost 20 days, still nothing. Also no reply to the email sent and they don't answer the phone. Credit card charged immediately.
Not satisfied because you put products online that you do not have your shipping costs its expensive even if the purchase is a certain amount.
Five products were missing and I would have liked a refund rather than a credit note that didn't include shipping costs. It's not normal to have to pay again for missing products.
I don't recommend this site to anyone, a very bad experience which was the first and the last, received half of my order without warning me beforehand, received a parcel completely ripped all over with (expensive) products missing which were sent back to me 48H later but to contact customer service you have to phone about twenty times during the day to hope to get an answer. since february 28, i've been promised a refund for the missing products on the same day. here we are on march 7, still nothing and no one has replied. i'll never order from them again and i'm informing everyone of my misadventure.
A disaster, I had to wait 10 days for my order with moreover absence of all the fresh products not refunded, left in the form of credits which you do not know how to integrate in the second order. You notify them and they send you back items with errors and the wrong quantity and still no way of getting fresh items. To apologize, they sent me 3 chocolate bars and I still have 45 euros in credit notes with them! Very disappointed.
Order never arrived
This site offers excellent products but apparently has major problems with its carrier. This is the 2nd time I've placed an order and for the 2nd time: the delivery time exceeded one week. For my first order, the delivery man made a mistake and delivered to someone else! And for my 2nd order, placed on February 3... I don't know, it still hasn't arrived on February 14 (despite an announced delivery time of 48 hours). It's a shame, because I like the value for money of the products!
First delivery: wrong parcel. We send it back. The next day, a parcel comes back: The same... No Comment...

Several messages sent without response. A promo code that was impossible to enter because, strangely, the dedicated space didn't work. And reduced shipping for orders under 1kg is only valid for two items.
Order arrived late despite costing €10 for express delivery. An expired and crumbling product... Frankly, it's disgraceful.
The pack of gluten-free beer arrived broken in a soaked cardboard box. I had to refuse it!
