Order cancelled by e-mail, for having paid by cheque (even though this is an authorised payment in the various payment methods on the site). Then, after several days, a new e-mail saying that the order had been dispatched.

Product expired in early 2024 when its contents can last more than a year. Pity.

Although there was an error on my order, one product for another, and another expired product containing food moth worms, the return went smoothly. However, I would also like to point out a small error ... namely that I had ordered "Unsweetened Cocoa Powder", but I received "Sweetened Cocoa Powder" - in which, by the way, cane sugar is a priority ... I am not going to send you back the four jars in question... I'm not asking for any compensation... On the other hand, it would be wise not to have another blunder of this type in the future; if that were the case, I would, alas, be obliged to change store - which I don't wish to do a priori. I'm sure, therefore, that this was an exceptional mistake.

The site is good...but there are too many out-of-stocks; we place an order for an association, and the customers get discouraged and go elsewhere to stock up; they won't be able to reorder easily afterwards.

Many of the products advertised on the site, and for which I paid, were not the same when I received them. I paid for the products that, according to the site, have the Fairtrade Max Havelaar mark.
