The site is not practical.
Hello, I really appreciate your business for the quality of its products and, until a few months ago, for the regularity of your supply. But for the past few months, certain products are always or almost always out of stock, and they're usually my favorites, which is a shame.
Very good concept, but a few unpleasant surprises on delivery, such as smaller quantities than agreed. Delivery by chronoposte that doesn't call as it's supposed to... to be reviewed!

Problem with items ordered: one packet of quinoa ordered, received one packet of chickpeas. I ordered brown cane sugar, but received light cane sugar. I had chosen this site because it had all the items I had chosen. What a shame.

Excellent quality products and responsive customer service, but the delivery was a real problem. The first time the parcel was full of oil... so we refused it. A new one was sent to us and again the box was full of oil, one of the seals was broken at the top and there was oil on the seal... I think the seal was already broken when I packed it... but it's clear that the delivery drivers aren't paying attention. The driver took the parcel and turned it upside down, unbelievable! Clearly something to be improved here...

Site become difficult at the level of the payment repetitive passwords telephone number not accepted for the payment etc.... it was very easy for my first orders!

To say it all
I am voluntarily reducing the note because I did not receive a reply to a message requesting an explanation. Due to a missing product on the previous order, a €10 discount was to be applied automatically. This was not done and, above all, there was no reply to my message.

I ordered your product on Thursday for guaranteed delivery the next day, as I was having people over for dinner. For this I paid an extra €9.90 for postage, and guess who had to improvise a plan B?
