This site is well done
It's not easy to find what you're looking for if you've got a specific product in mind (e.g. make-up remover pads, basmati rice in 500g which doesn't seem to exist any more...),

Good site, but had problems with the GLS courier. The 2nd Colissimo shipment, on the other hand, worked fine.
1 delivery error, green tea was delivered instead of black tea. Problem solved within the day with excellent responsiveness by Virginie of "nosmeilleurescourse" So little "couac" quickly solved, very good. Fast delivery, careful packaging. So overall satisfied.
One of the sugar bags had a hole in it and some of the contents were lost. I think the way the package was made could have been the cause of the problem.

Fast, well-packaged shipment, but I'm sorry to have to find out on the day I received the parcel that 2 items were missing and out of stock. The shop window and its items represent the reality of the stock, which absolutely must be updated regularly to avoid this kind of unpleasant problem for the customer, especially for a first order. Otherwise, the retailer should have informed the customer by e-mail so that he could be reassured. Nor was there any explanation of my account, and why the 7 eur discount? Communication needs to be reviewed more seriously.

I paid a supplement (nearly 10) for my order to arrive the next day before 1pm (order placed on Friday) but I didn't receive my parcel until Tuesday. What a disappointment! We're a hotel restaurant and our customers didn't have their products available.
The order went out on 02/12 and today is the 4th. I haven't received the parcel yet.
An item turned out to be missing on delivery. Instead of sending it to me as soon as it was available, or crediting my credit card for the difference, I was given a credit on my next order.
I see that it is possible to order unavailable items and that the attitude then adopted by the merchant is to his advantage, not that of the customer.

To my great regret I have not yet received the parcel, there is a serious problem with Kiala. It is therefore likely that I will not repeat the experience for perishable goods. I hope the milk chocolate arrives (if it arrives at all) in good condition.
I am very disappointed to have paid almost 6 euros Colissimo to receive my package 5 days later. I can understand some hazards but I would have appreciated the commercial gesture that would have the delay.

I placed an order over a week ago and have not yet received my order. The more expensive colissimo corse seems to me an exaggerated rate for the time of reception.
I made an order the same day on another site and received my parcel there is already more than 48h.

I was not notified the day my parcel was available at the relay point.
I was pleased with the speed of delivery, as well as the 3 chocolate bars as a gift, but not with the state in which I received my products (packets of crackers). They were very tightly packed (not to say compressed) in a small box, and as a result a good proportion of the crackers were crushed and in crumbs... A bit frustrating not to be able to offer them to guests!

Hello, thank you for taking the time to do this review. Concerning delivery times, it is true that by choosing Kiala they are a little longer than by the Post Office. Concerning over-packaging, we have to arbitrate between damaged or broken products, and too much cardboard which is also unpleasant for you. You can always mention at the end of the order if you want less cardboard or recycled cardboard.

The requests were not respected compared to our initial order (tea in bags instead of loose tea / Wrong quantity of a coffee). Volumes are good but we would have preferred to be contacted to approve changes before delivery

I am very disappointed by the delivery, in addition to the fact that the deadlines were not met (2 days late), the main package was not delivered, I had a notice to pick it up at the post office when someone was home all day and in addition we have a janitor who takes packages (which happened for the other package), so I lugged the 500m from the post office with this package that weighed quite heavy. If there isn't a firm commitment to time and delivery I wouldn't recommend

- Every day, La Poste collects our parcels at 4pm, so orders placed after 4pm can only be processed the next day.
- Regarding the delivery notice, we will pass on the information so that the letter carrier can ring at customers' homes to make sure they are present.
- Lastly, our system for calculating delivery times did not take into account weekends, and in particular Sundays when the Post Office does not operate (something we will also correct).

Parcel prepared on 16/12/13 and received on 19/12/13 i.e. 72h. my parcel contained a foie gras which was to be kept between 0 and 4°C (with the isotherm option) but this one was soft because the ice bread was completely defrosted. I'm waiting to open it to see if it's edible... I must admit I hesitate to recommend this type of product.
On the other hand, the other products are RAS

The bag of quinoa I ordered opened in the package.

As for the bag of quinoa, as soon as we learned of the problem, we immediately sent you a new one. We will take greater care to seal bulk bags tightly.
The product expiration dates are far too short: June 2014 for 12 boxes of tea bought in September 2013.
We offer to exchange or take back, at our expense, any boxes you may have left a little before June 2014. Don't hesitate to contact us at that time.
