Very short delivery times, recycled packaging, the idea of the surprise gift and the book were really great, and the voucher to replace the missing product was very nice. My only regret is that I didn't tip more! That's for next time!

One of the products on offer was no longer available. customer service phoned me immediately to let me know and to work out a solution with me. in the end, a similar product, but more expensive and not on offer, was sent to me instead, for the same price. i now have complete confidence in both the service and the friendliness of the staff.
Good diversity of products (including bulk), fair prices and possibility of offers or discounts (expiry date close). easy to reach by phone (number not overtaxed), quick, friendly and complete response. points for improvement: - more description of the product and its possible uses (annoying for products that you don't know; therefore, no purchase).
