Ergonomics with a new layout for the site and all the products on it. You have to find your feet again compared with the old layout, but once you've got the hang of it, everything's in order!

Very short delivery times, recycled packaging, the idea of the surprise gift and the book were really great, and the voucher to replace the missing product was very nice. My only regret is that I didn't tip more! That's for next time!
