Order validation and shipment are extremely fast. Delivery costs are very reasonable. The choice of products is large and very interesting. However, I'd like to draw your attention to the packaging: some of the products we receive are crushed or misshapen. We now have a code that gives us a 3% discount and a mystery product: this is very much appreciated, as we are very loyal to the site and its products... but we didn't receive a mystery product in our last parcel, or was it the tea bag attached to the website's promotional flyer 🙂
