C'est pourquoi j'en ai immédiatement commandé 17 tablettes. Tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avons maintenant ouvert une de ces tablettes et avons malheureusement constaté la présence d'un voile blanc. Le chocolat présente un blanchiment gras. Nous avons également ouvert une deuxième tablette de ce chocolat, et elle aussi présente un voile blanc. Le chocolat présente un blanchiment gras. À titre de comparaison, la photo ci-jointe montre le chocolat « Zarte Bitter » à 70 % de GEPA. Il semble donc que les 17 tablettes de chocolat soient toutes atteintes de ce voile blanc. Ce chocolat n'a plus du tout le goût d'un chocolat "normal": Chocolat noir Extra Doux et cacaoté bio & équitable https://www.boutique-ethiquable.com/chocolat-equitable-bio/56-chocolat-noir-extra-equitable-bio-3760091722997.html Si j'avais su que votre chocolat était dans un tel état, nous ne l'aurions JAMAIS acheté.
