I bought a Himalayan lamp that I received well protected by plastic but the cardboard packaging was damaged. It was for a Christmas gift, so I was a bit embarrassed for the presentation.

Hello, Very big disappointment following the purchase of this product. We bought 2 water bottles in anticipation of a trip to Guyana with immersion in the Amazon rainforest in autonomy for 10 days. The filtration rate of the bottles was very limited from the first uses and both bottles quickly became unusable. Our experience is therefore completely negative and fortunately we had other alternatives for water filtration or purification. This expensive material (over 50€ per bottle) does not seem to be at all reliable and we regret our purchase. Best regards.

According to the description of the problem, it seems that the original filters are defective. Honestly, this problem is very rare, especially with 2 bottles at the same time.
