Unfortunately, we were not informed by the brand about the formulation changes on certain product references. In the meantime, we realized the composition change and updated the product sheets and visuals accordingly. Hello. Thank you for your feedback. If you use the filtering bottle to fill glasses of water (like a carafe), you can leave the pipette in the open position. On the other hand, switching the pipette from 'open' to 'closed' will be smoother as you use the bottle. The anti-leak system can indeed make the operation a bit tough during the very first uses but will loosen over time. Have a very nice day. Best regards.

Regarding the vegetable oil bottle whose pump is malfunctioning, we will send you a new pump to replace it. 2. Concerning the date on the bottle, it is a DDM (Minimum Durability Date). This mention is intended for food products that do not pose a health risk if consumed after the indicated date. Indeed, vegetable oils can be used as dietary supplements, which is why a DDM is necessarily indicated on the bottle. For cosmetic use, a vegetable oil whose DDM has been exceeded poses no risk. However, we understand your concerns on this subject and we should have checked the DDM before shipping the order and contacted you in advance to inform you and decide whether to maintain the order or not. For this reason, we offer to refund this item as a commercial gesture. 3. Regarding the odorless sweet almond oil, we contacted the manufacturing distillery which confirms that a vegetable oil extracted by first cold pressing has little or no smell, compared to hot refining which will release aromas but deteriorate the fatty acids and the overall quality of the oil. For safety reasons, could you please provide us with the lot number on the back of the bottle so we can verify it against the manufacturer's sample?
